Drammen Interiørsnekkeri: enquiries with the measurements included, and every project on the website
Drammen Interiørsnekkeri makes staircases, railings and fitted interiors to measure. We built a new website with quote forms that collect the measurements the joiner needs, and a gallery where customers find staircases like their own.

From staircase to a price over the phone
The customer picks the job
A new staircase, or new treads on the staircase that is already there.
Measurements, materials and photos
The customer picks the shape and type of wood on drawings, attaches photos and gives a name and phone number.
The owner works it out and calls
The owner prices the enquiry and calls the customer with a price.
What we changed
Two forms, one per job
One form for a new staircase and one for renovating the staircase the customer already has. The customer taps on drawings instead of trade terms, and only name and phone number are required.
A calculator that warns you
The renovation calculator warns that the bottom step gets higher and the top step lower when new treads are laid on top. It gives an advance estimate, never an approval.
A gallery sorted by staircase shape
The whole photo archive is split into new staircases, staircase renovation, modular staircases, railings, furniture and fitted interiors, and commercial work. The owner adds new projects himself, with a guide written in Norwegian.
Old addresses still work
The addresses from the old site send visitors and Google on to the right new page. Every address was checked before the switch, so no page disappeared.
The result
The customer answers what she knows, can answer “don’t know” to the rest, and hits the buttons with her thumb on a phone. The gallery shows staircases in the same shape as her own.
Enquiries arrive with measurements, choices and photos in the order the owner prices them, so he can work it out before he calls. More about what we do for construction and trades.
