A webshop where orders, payment, shipping and accounts talk to each other

We build, take over and fix webshops in WooCommerce and Shopify, so customers can pay with Vipps or Klarna and every order reaches your accounts without being typed in again.

Webshops we have made

One order, in three steps

  1. The customer pays with Vipps or Klarna

The order shows as paid without anyone checking by hand.

  2. Stock and shipping take care of themselves

The item is taken off stock, the shipping label is made, and the customer gets tracking by e-mail.

  3. The order goes to the accounts

Sales, VAT and fees end up correctly in Tripletex or Fiken.

What we do

The payment methods customers expect

Vipps, Klarna or Kustom, card and invoice. We test with real purchases, so a paid order really shows as paid. If the shop uses Vipps Checkout, we replace the checkout before it closes on 30 April 2027.

Shipping that comes out right

Shipping by weight, size, zone or pick-up point, also through Shipmondo. Large items get their own rules instead of a random rate.

Own prices for business customers

Business customers get their own prices, can buy on invoice and have their own login, next to the shop for private customers.

Orders straight into the accounts

The order goes to Tripletex or Fiken, and stock is updated from the supplier’s list. See automation and integrations.

Questions we often get

Should I choose WooCommerce or Shopify?

WooCommerce suits you when you want to own the whole solution or need special adjustments. Shopify suits you when you want as little upkeep as possible and can live with its limits and the monthly fee. We work with both and recommend based on how you sell.

Why does the order show as unpaid when the customer has paid with Vipps?

Usually because the message from Vipps saying the customer has paid does not reach the shop, while the money is often held at Vipps. The message can be stopped by a security add-on, a firewall or a wrong setting after an update. Run the webshop check to see what the shop shows from the outside.

Can the webshop be connected to Tripletex or Fiken?

Yes. Either with a ready-made connection or a solution of its own that records every order with the right VAT and fees. Which one depends on how much you sell and how you keep your accounts.

Can you take over a webshop another agency built?

Yes, that is a large part of our work. We take a backup and say honestly what is risky before we change anything. If you change platform, we bring along product addresses, images and your place on Google.

Can business customers get their own prices and buy on invoice?

Yes. In WooCommerce we set up own prices, invoice as a payment method and a separate login for business customers, as we did for Karma Pro Beauty Store.

What happens when Vipps Checkout closes on 30 April 2027?

Webshops using Vipps’s ready-made checkout must move to another checkout before that date. Ordinary Vipps payment continues. We replace the checkout, test payment and shipping, and check that orders come in correctly. What the webshop must do, and how we make the move.

Can I start a webshop as a sole proprietorship, and what do I need in place?

Yes, you can run a webshop as a sole proprietorship (enkeltmannsforetak), but the business must be registered and have an organisation number before you start selling. The shop needs clear terms for purchase, the right of withdrawal and returns, and it is wise to have a separate bank account for the business. If turnover passes the threshold for VAT, you must register, and you settle that with your accountant.

What does it cost to accept Vipps in the webshop, and which fees should I expect?

Vipps usually charges per order, and some agreements also have a fixed monthly amount, but the terms vary between agreements and providers. Ask for the agreement in writing and check what applies to returns and refunds, because that is where costs can get higher than you expected. Also expect costs at the payment provider or bank you go through. We go through the agreement with you before the shop opens.

Which payment solution should the webshop have?

Most Norwegian webshops need Vipps and card, and many also need invoice or instalments. You can get it as one ready-made checkout from one provider, or as several payment options in the shop’s own checkout. What decides it is what your customers use, whether you sell to businesses, and how the money should be recorded in the accounts.

Does Shopify work well for a Norwegian webshop?

Yes, Shopify works well for many Norwegian shops, and Vipps has its own official connection to Shopify. What you need to check is shipping with Norwegian carriers, the connection to your accounts, and whether you need features that require extra apps. You do not need a partner to start, but it helps when the shop is to be connected to the rest of the business.

How do we find an agency in Norway that can build a Shopify webshop for the business?

Look for an agency that can show webshops for Norwegian customers and takes responsibility for payment, shipping and accounts, not only the look. Ask who owns the Shopify account, and who answers when a payment fails after launch. We have seen shops that look good while Vipps, shipping and orders to the accounts are left half done. With us you get a written proposal with scope and price before anything starts.

What should work better in the shop?

A new shop, a takeover or a fault in the checkout: describe it, and send the link if the shop exists. You get a written answer.
