Websites for salons and clinics that already have a booking system
We build websites for hair salons, beauty salons and clinics in Norway, connected to the booking system you already use, such as Timma or Fixit, so the customer goes straight to the right treatment.
Businesses in this industry we have worked with
From a search to a booked appointment
The customer finds the treatment
The Google profile leads to a page for that treatment, with how long it takes, pictures and who it suits.
The book button goes straight there
The button opens the right treatment in Timma, Fixit or whichever system you use.
You see what brings in appointments
The booking system handles times and reminders, and you see which pages bring customers.
What we can improve
Being found
A Google profile that is correct
The same opening hours, address and booking link on Google, on the website and in the booking system. See help with your Google Business Profile.
A page for each treatment
People search for the treatment, not the salon. A page per treatment is found more often than one long price list.
Answers to what customers ask
How long it takes, how to prepare, aftercare and who the treatment is not suitable for.
Taking bookings
Direct links into the booking system
Every book button goes to the right treatment, not the front page.
The booking system you have
Timma, Fixit, EasySalon or another system stays. We only change it if you want to.
Requests with approval
For treatments that need an assessment: the request is checked against the calendar, and you approve before the customer gets an answer.
Your own booking where it is needed
If the booking system is missing something for one particular service, that service can get a simple booking on the website.
Sales and measuring
Your salon’s products online
A webshop for the products you recommend, with separate prices for salons if you sell to others. See webshops.
Measuring booking clicks
You see which treatments customers press “Book” on, measured with consent. See tracking and ads.
Health details kept out of e-mail
For clinics: questions about health belong in the booking system or the patient record system, not in an ordinary contact form.
Questions we often get
Do I need my own website when I have Timma or Fixit?
Yes, because they do different jobs. The booking system handles appointments, but it rarely explains the treatments or gets you found on Google in your own name. The website helps the customer choose and sends them straight to the right treatment.
Can the booking be on my own website?
Yes. The book buttons can link straight to the right treatment, or the booking can be shown inside the website where the system supports it. Direct links per treatment are often the simplest and most reliable.
How do I get “Book” on my Google profile?
Add a booking link to your Google Business Profile that goes to the booking system or the website. Some booking systems have their own link to Google, but that depends on the provider. Keep the opening hours the same everywhere.
Can I sell products from the salon on the website?
Yes. The products can be in a webshop on the same website, with payment and shipping. If you also sell to other salons, they can have their own accounts and prices.
What does a clinic need to watch out for with forms?
Keep health details out of ordinary contact forms, because they are specially protected. Let such questions go through the booking system or patient record system you use. Use the contact form for practical questions only.
Can a dental clinic or physiotherapist website send patients straight to booking?
Yes. Many patient record systems have their own online booking, and the website can link straight there, ideally from each treatment. Appointments and health details stay in that system. The website explains the treatments, shows who works there and answers what patients wonder about before they book.
